Double-Layer Laser Nozzle:
Usage: Generally used for oxidation cutting.
Auxiliary Gas: Oxygen is used as the auxiliary gas.
Materials Cut: Best for cutting carbon steel.
Specifications: Available in sizes ranging from 1.5mm to 3.0mm.
Flow Rate: The double-layer nozzle has a faster gas flow rate, suitable for high-speed cutting. However, the cut surface may oxidize and appear blackened.

Nozzle Size Selection:
The diameter of the nozzle determines the gas flow rate directed at the cutting material, which significantly affects the removal of molten material. A larger airflow entering the cut results in a stronger ability to eject molten material.
Thickness Consideration: Theoretically, as the thickness of the sheet metal increases, a larger nozzle should be used. However, larger nozzle diameters increase the likelihood of sparks and molten material splattering upward, which can shorten the lifespan of the internal lenses.
